Welcome to That Baald Guy’s Lawn Care. You agree to the following terms and conditions when accessing or using our services. Please read them carefully before booking with us.

1. Services Provided

We offer a variety of lawn care services, including but not limited to:

• Lawn mowing and edging
• Spring yard cleanup and fall yard clean up
• Driveway snow removal
• Garden landscaping, front yard landscaping, and backyard design
• Small project landscaping and other yard care services
  
  

All services are subject to availability and weather conditions.

2. Scheduling & Cancellations

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
• We kindly ask for 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a service charge.
  
  

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
• Accepted forms of payment include cash, checks, and major credit/debit cards.
• Late payments may incur a fee.
  
  

4. Service Area

We currently serve Post Falls, Coeur d’Alene, and Hayden, Idaho. Service outside these areas may require additional fees or may not be available.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to provide the highest-quality lawn and landscaping services. If you’re not fully satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

6. Property Access & Liability

• Clients must ensure we have clear access to the service area.
• We are not liable for damage caused by hidden items in the yard (e.g., hoses, toys, sprinkler heads).
• Please secure pets during service.
  
  

7. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Personal information shared with us is used solely for communication and service delivery. We never sell or share your information with third parties.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions as needed. Continued use of our services signifies your agreement to the latest terms.
